    The following is our Company's Plan for marketing
    your home:

  1. PROSPECT three (3) hours a day minimum... five days a week looking for a buyer for your property until SOLD.

  2. PROMOTE your home to the other top agents in the area... keep in mind... that 5% of the agents sell 95% of the homes... we know who they are.

  3. DEVELOP a listing of features and benefits of your home for the cooperating agents to use with their potential buyers.

  4. ADVERTISE your property on the INTERNET with pictures to maximize exposure as well as submit your home listing to the MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE.

  5. SUGGEST and ADVISE you as to any CHANGES you might want to make in your property to make it even more marketable to the buyer.

  6. ADD additional exposure through a professional sign and lock box.

  7. PRE-QUALIFY whenever possible all prospective buyers.

  8. FOLLOW-UP on all the salespeople that have shown your home for their response and relay that response to you.

  9. HANDLE all follow-up and KEEP YOU INFORMED after the contract has been accepted, on all mortgage, title, and other closing procedures.

  10. Personally DELIVER YOUR CHECK at the closing.
